Cousins
Today’s layout has been waiting almost two years to be done. The picture is from the day my father-in-law was buried. Emily and Nicholas are in constant contact with Zech and Kara. They get to see each other every summer. But, surprisingly enough, I have just a small number of pictures with all four of them. I took the opportunity to take several pictures while we were visiting for the funeral.
I have a process I go through to “feel the layout” that needs to be done. I generally use only one picture and some wordart to tell the story. I’m not big on journaling because I never really know what to say. Once I find the wordart I want to use, I almost instantly know what picture I want to go with it. That is how this layout came to be.
